- 1.面对权利地位差异，受侵害时全程没有说过不，是否就可以否认被侵害，这部剧讲的还仅仅是第一步如何定义“这是性侵害”“这是性骚扰”“这是家暴”，就已经引发了这么多对女主角的谩骂，只从这一点来说，就想肯定这样的作品。2.说说林阚。林阚的职场精英女性属性要求她即使被伤害，依然不能将责任推给施害者甚至是社会，因为选择了捷径而心虚，为希望得到所有人夸奖而奔波。剧结尾在林阚赢了诉讼且与自己和解，但离开顶级律所，失去以往的资本和资源，这可能已经是她事业的极限。这种看似帅气的解脱，对她何尝不是另一种枷锁。
