- 在面对被统称为病患的身体时，性别差异突然得到了轻微的缓解，这与具体的呈现形式无关，但在一些插科打诨的场景下，仍然隐藏着对于女性身体的嘲弄与玩笑；同时院长一句，有些手术是医疗有些手术是政治，更是泾渭分明地把在政治斗争中缺席的女性和在手术过程中无法露脸的男性推向了两个方向——多样性的身体在短暂得到延展后迅速向内收缩，孕育生命的女性身体被疲劳透支、成为杀人机器，隔岸观火的男性身体却能随时抽离、甚至无需过多介入，疼痛感都是从女性身体传播开来，这就足以说明问题。不是把男主写成傻白甜就是在打破传统的性别视角，鸿沟与桎梏还需要更持久更聪明的抗争。
