- 3.5；观感类似一篇学生气的社会纪实特稿，主题发人深省，细部缺乏考量。通过在加害者亲属（被舆论绞刑和污名化的对象）与受害者亲属（耽溺创伤无法自拔）之间构造对立，大胆冲破传统观念，虽方便了观众前期情感联结和投射，却也显得有几分讨巧和用力过猛，后段不少拧巴的人设转折更是拖后腿。此外，吕才女想在核心的“废死”议题之外夹带对媒体行业伦理、医患关系等层面的探讨，奈何功力受限，每个部分都未能深挖，造成叙事重点分散，节奏感较弱。当然对目前大陆的司法生态而言，该剧还是能提供不少思路和观点补充，包括单集巧妙的片头设计。尽管剧作上更像是在抛出疑问，且没提供太多解决方案，仍能期待它作为好的开始，促使公众去思考何为良善与规制并存、用理性抵御平庸之恶的现代社会。...
