- 非常好看的一部家庭年代剧，拍的看似平淡却很有味道，还不乏风趣幽默，演员也都很出色，梅婷竟然还能演出少女感，最喜欢德华姑姑
- 3.5；家长里短，儿女情长，全员卡司演技在线，充满日常烟火气息，每个普通的中国家庭都可寻见自身的影子。从父母感情切入，既有时间流逝的动人和感慨，又兼有爱情与亲情的真挚细腻，生活的细节铺满整个剧作，让人代入感很强。扣分的地方有：1、虽说有军队作为庇佑，但时代风云的波及委实太少了，除了姐姐姐夫打成右派，其他几乎可算过场交代而已，那场席卷全国的浩劫难道对这些生活在如桃花源般的小岛居民，影响就那么小吗？2、夫妻间的摩擦/磨合到后期流于同质化，有点起腻了；3、其实怀疑这是“真爱”，还是“中国式爱情”？（为了利益、面子等现实问题，妥协永远是解决家庭问题的唯一方案。）
