- 通过木鱼水心的节目重新回顾了这部电视剧，尤其看到结尾感到唏嘘不已，内心百感交集，甚至有些心疼自己。碍于年代因素，画质、道具、服装等还是显得有些粗糙，但是无论是表演还是气氛确实给人感觉很接近原著的气质，确实值得奉为经典，而且结局没有采用程高本的内容，而是根据判词重新编剧，这点也是非常不错的。...

- 对人物的刻画，形似到神似已经很难超越了。虽然化妆可怖，但也瑕不掩瑜。林黛玉的外貌非常符合原著，如果再少点使小性的扭捏就更好了，实际上林黛玉不是扭捏的人，她是最真最灵的姑娘。
- 无法超越，至少五十年内中国是再也拍不出来这样水准的电视剧了。
