- 作为一部打明牌的剧，悬疑元素几乎已经没了，那么刻画人物和剧情上的考究必将成为重中之重，然而全剧都呈现出东一榔头西一棒子，几乎没有一个人是刻画到位的。
- 以矿难为线索展开的多方博弈，设定有趣，一众熟悉的卡司也算是看点十足；案件推进较为缓慢，但是逐渐变得拖沓无趣，正反派都存在严重降智的行为而剧情上也逐渐产生诸多不合理的桥段，比如明知道内鬼却没有任何动作，或者小警察那可有可无的感情戏，反而是小反派邱建设的形象最为丰满立体；中高开，却明显低走，可惜了这一众熟悉的卡司，本来二十集弃，但看完最后四集再降一星
