- 本剧应该是少有的没有女性角色的剧了，从头到尾都是男人。人物塑造方面，班长，连长，团长都很不错。父亲等其他角色都还行。许三多很像阿甘，傻傻的一根筋，但是做事极度的有原则，有毅力并有极强的自律性。日复一日的做好自己的事情。
- 去掉后几集，完美的电视剧，我觉得一部电视剧几乎没有女性角色还能获得这么大的成功就充分说明了这片的实力
