- 两集弃。剧情生硬、节奏拖沓，看似一本正经的讨论是非善恶、社会问题以及司法体制，实则不知所谓，无聊透顶。冲着主题打高分的人，就跟那些屁都不懂，天天跟在别人后面瞎起哄，喊着要人权、要民主的人没两样。
- 秦钟、太虚幻境、软烟罗都没出现，但不妨碍我爱看这部剧。问题多多，好像一个残疾的美人儿。除了87版和李少红版，影视资料尤其是电视剧的，真的也别无选择了。87版最大的毛病恰恰是没能「忠于原著」，希望那些没看过原著的也别再跟着起哄说「经典」「忠于原著」了。懂的都知道避开不提。
